Shelley's Tullulah S. Lemon (Tulah)

"Hello, my name is Tulah and I was the first Havanese of Stonecrest Havanese. I was born in January of 2003.  My human parents had been researching and looking for a Havanese for about two years before they finally found me.  When they came to South Dakota to pick me up they were hoping for a ‘kissy’ dog.  Believe me, I haven’t let them down in that area.  I really, really love people and get so excited whenever a human comes into view.  I think I could give kisses all day if they would let me. 

I have formed a special bond with my human dad, Wayne (everyone calls him Grandpa).  He is so good to hold me lots, and I enjoy just resting my head on his shoulder.  Sometimes I like to climb up behind him on the couch and rest my head on his shoulder from there.  No matter where he goes, I like to go with him.  He calls me his Velcro dog.  I can hardly believe that he wasn’t really that much of a dog person before I came along, ‘cause he really likes me.  I even get to sleep on my very own pillow right next to his. I think I’ll keep this family forever.  Thanks for letting me share my story.  Oh, and by the way, the S. in my name is for Sophia, but that is another story."
